Job summary

MXP Logistics is a FedEx Ground contractor based in Durham, NC. We are hiring delivery drivers now, with starting pay of $20–$24 per hour and weekly pay. You can work part-time or full-time, 3–5 days a week, with fuel reimbursement tied to hourly rate and route performance.

You’ll deliver packages using your own SUV or larger vehicle on GPS-guided routes, with dispatch around 9:00–9:30 AM. Training is provided, and benefits include weekly direct deposit and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
• Must pass a background check
• Smartphone with active service required
• Must have own SUV or larger vehicle
• Vehicle registration and state-minimum insurance (supplemental coverage may be required)

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to homes and businesses on assigned routes in the Durham area.
• Routes are GPS-guided and dispatched in the morning.
• Active, physical work with frequent vehicle entry/exit.
