Aaron’s delivery driver role supports positive customer experiences through driving, installing, and demonstrating merchandise. This fast-paced, store-based position involves daily routes, community interaction, and contributing to sales and service goals.

Role requires maintaining professionalism, safety, and brand standards while handling responsibilities inside and outside the store, with competitive pay and a benefits-supported compensation package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age for US positions.
• Requires a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• DOT certification if required at location (US).
• Ability to work a schedule with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate route sheets and weekly maintenance records.
