LKQ Corporation is hiring a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) in Richmond, IN. In this full-time role you will deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts to customers, with a safety-minded, customer-first approach and a Monday–Friday schedule.

The position includes a $1,000 retention bonus, potential hourly raises, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will operate 15 ft. or larger box trucks, load/unload, verify orders, and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• At least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck or bigger.
• No motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass a DOT physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories.
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing LKQ with professionalism and integrity.
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
