A high school diploma and knowledge of DOT regulations are required, with additional training and safety certifications offered. Expect regional deliveries and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• One year driving experience preferred.
• Able to operate a Ford F550.
• General understanding of Department of Transportation Regulations.
• Successfully pass a company administered driving test.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely.
• Load and unload merchandise on vehicles.
• Obtain signatures and/or payments upon delivery of merchandise.
• Follow assigned scheduling of deliveries; make deliveries on time as scheduled.
• Report accidents per company policies.
• Maintain vehicles appearance and report maintenance needs.
• Keep supervisor informed of shortages, overages or damaged merchandise.
• Attend training courses including safety and recertification.
