Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a delivery driver to service customers in the San Jose area. The role involves delivering materials, loading/unloading, and maintaining compliance with DOT requirements. You’ll operate with safety and efficiency, using iPads and basic technology to complete daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet DOT standards.
• Must maintain a valid DOT medical card.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; warehouse/logistics experience is a plus.
• Strong communication with a customer-focused approach; able to use iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading and unloading.
• Validate returns and ensure product matches for credits.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel and report issues.
• Follow all safety policies; wear PPE and observe weight limits.
• Assist with order picking, packing, stocking and routing as needed.
