Job summary

Ferguson is hiring a delivery driver to supply customers with materials across our service area. You will load and unload, verify deliveries, and maintain accurate paperwork. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6am–4pm or until deliveries are complete, with overtime as needed.

Qualified candidates are at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license, DOT medical card, and a clean driving record. You will work in a safety-conscious environment with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Strong communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, assisting with loading/unloading and ensuring delivery tickets are completed.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product matches for credits.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and fuel as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse with pulling and preparing orders, receiving, verifying, stocking material.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and safety regulations.
