Virginia Eagle Distributing Co. is seeking a driven Non-CDL Driver for our Springfield facility to deliver beverages, stock and display products, and support route sales goals.

You will operate a delivery vehicle under 26,000 lbs GVWR, lift heavy items, manage on-site inventory, and process deliveries with a company tablet. The role requires a reliable, safety-minded individual with basic math skills and solid English communication.

Qualifications

• Requires valid standard driver's license and clean record.
• Vehicle weight under 26,000 lbs GVWR.
• Must maintain insurability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to lift and carry 15–40+ lbs repeatedly over long shifts.
• Occasional lifting of heavy items (kegs up to 165 lbs).
• Ability to safely operate pallet jack/hand truck/U-boat.
• Basic math skills; clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver beverage products to retail accounts on a defined route.
• Stock shelves, build displays, and keep backrooms organized.
