Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving are required.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain smooth teamwork and customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers on schedule.
• Handle returns, cores, and pickups from nearby stores or vendors as needed.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Process cash and card transactions securely per policy.
• Stay informed on promotions and inventory using AutoZone systems and report vehicle issues as needed.
