Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to support our commercial and DIY customers with accurate product recommendations and safe, on-time deliveries. You will use company-provided vehicles and operate without a CDL requirement, contributing to a reliable, customer-focused service culture.

Role requires basic automotive knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift and move merchandise. A full-time schedule includes mornings, nights, weekends, and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial and DIY customers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers on schedule.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Process cash and card transactions securely per policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and products through AutoZone systems and maintain delivery vehicles.
