Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our store team in Texas. You will deliver automotive parts to commercial customers using company-provided vehicles, offering expert assistance and ensuring accurate loading/unloading of parts per route schedules.

Applicants should be 18+, hold a valid license, and be able to lift and deliver merchandise. A flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime is required. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.
