Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles to deliver parts safely and on time; load and unload per route schedules.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Process customer payments securely according to company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and products and report vehicle issues promptly.
