Prime Meats LLC is seeking a reliable delivery driver to transport protein products to our restaurant and grocery customers. A full-time role with a 40-hour schedule, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays during peak seasons, supports growing demand.

Earn up to $1,000 in quarterly performance bonuses for productivity, safety, and compliance, plus paid training and a referral bonus. No CDL required, but 6+ months driving experience is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience as a non-CDL driver.
• Willing to travel out of town weekly and lift up to 110 lbs.
• Willing to get Composite or steel-toe shoes.
• No serious tickets or accidents in the last 3 years.
• DOT Medical Card/physical required; sponsorship available.
• No DWI/DUI in the last 10 years.
• Ability to communicate in English required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete E-Verify.

Responsabilités

• Safely transport fresh, frozen, and refrigerated protein products to restaurants, supermarkets, butcher shops, distributors, and other foodservice customers within assigned routes.
• Execute daily route plans efficiently while maintaining on-time delivery performance and supporting logistics and customer service objectives.
• Perform independent pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, regulatory compliance, and readiness.
• Verify orders, delivery documentation, customer requirements, and special instructions for accurate deliveries.
• Collect payments, obtain delivery confirmations, and complete required transportation documentation.
• Utilize ELD systems to keep records of driving hours, inspections, route activity, and delays.
• Adhere to DOT regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.

Safely transport fresh, frozen, and refrigerated protein products to restaurants, supermarkets, butcher shops, distributors, and other foodservice customers within assigned routes.

Perform independent pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness.

Verify orders, delivery documentation, customer requirements, and special instructions to ensure accurate and complete deliveries.

Collect payments, obtain delivery confirmations, and accurately complete required transportation and customer documentation.

Utilize ELD systems and other transportation technology to maintain accurate records of driving hours, inspections, route activity, and potential delays.

Adhere to all DOT regulations, food safety standards, and company policies related to transportation and distribution.

Report safety concerns, vehicle maintenance needs, incidents, customer feedback, and operational improvement opportunities promptly.

Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety, defensive driving practices, and accident prevention at all times.

Requirements:
