Job summary

Southern Ice Cream Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly Merchandiser to merchandise and unload frozen products, ensure proper rotation, manage route paperwork, and communicate opportunities to leadership.

You will develop customer relationships, handle deliveries to facilities, coordinate stocking, and monitor product trends while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license and good English, with strong teamwork and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Prior merchandising experience preferred.
• Must have valid Driver’s License with at least 5 years driving experience and clean record in past 3 years.
• No major driving convictions including DUI/DWI or at-fault fatal accidents.
• Basic computer skills including ability to use ordering equipment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English related to job and safety regulations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a hard-working and friendly Merchandiser to join the team at our successful ice cream distribution company. As a Merchandiser, you will merchandise and unload frozen product, check product quantities for accuracy, ensure product is rotated properly to safeguard against outdated products, and maintain electronic paperwork on an assigned route. Merchandisers manage customer expectations regarding delivery and fill expectations, product storage and effectively communicate with the General manager, Operations Manager and Director of Sales any opportunities or product changes within product guidelines.

• Must have basic computer skills including ability to use computer ordering equipment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to safety regulations.
