LKQ Corporation in Sterling, MA is hiring a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) for a full-time, Monday–Friday position with early starts. You will safely drive a 15 ft box truck, deliver auto, RV and marine parts, and provide friendly service to customers.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck or bigger.
• Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months.
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories.
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing LKQ with professionalism and integrity.
• Verify orders and communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance; keep the delivery vehicle organized.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
