Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) in West Fargo, ND, to join our logistics team. You will safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck, deliver parts and accessories to customers, and provide professional service in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers a stable weekday schedule, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for growth within Keystone Automotive Operations. Travel to Canada is included with appropriate credentials; pre-employment requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft.box truck, or bigger.
• Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months.
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
• Able to pass DOT physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories.
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity.
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Delivery Driver– (Non-CDL)

Location: West Fargo, ND
Hourly Pay: **** up to $24/hour _ ($20/hour for US routes, $24/hour for delivery routes into Canada)_
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3–5 days/week (based on route and business needs)
Early morning start times.

Important : _Hiring drivers to deliver in Canada. Proof of COVID vaccine, passport, and the ability to get a fast pass is required for travel into Canada .

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!
  Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Consistent weekday schedule – never work weekends
• Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C
