Role emphasizes safe driving, customer-first service, and dependable delivery of parts with well-maintained company vehicles. Starting wage is $16.50 per hour, with a $1,000 retention bonus and potential hourly raises based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum six months of experience driving a 15 ft box truck or larger.
• No motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass DOT physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories.
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity.
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Location: Lubbock, TX Hourly Pay: $16.50 Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 days/week (based on route and business needs) Early morning start times.

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Retention Bonus! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Consistent weekday schedule– never work weekends
• Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C

Key Responsibilities
