Position Summary
U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., has over 100 years of experience in distributing tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to tire retailers, auto repair shops, and dealerships. The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, with rotating Saturdays, subject to change based on business needs, and may include overtime.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operate a box truck under 26,001 pounds or similar vehicles, making 10-20 deliveries per day.
  • Maintain accurate records, including driver logs and fuel logs, as per company policy and law.
  • Ensure timely and safe deliveries in all weather conditions.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally, using team lifts or mechanical aids for tires.
  • Assist in loading/unloading trucks and operate equipment like forklifts when needed.
  • Work approximately 8-12 hours per day.
  • Use provided handheld devices to fulfill deliveries and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Collect payments upon delivery.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds, exert pushing forces up to 40 pounds, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Safety equipment is provided, and adherence to safety protocols is mandatory.

Qualifications
  • Must be 21 or older.
  • At least 1 year of professional driving experience with a satisfactory road test.
  • Valid driver's license with a good record, ability to operate industrial equipment, and ability to lift and push specified weights.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures, provide quality customer service, work overtime, and pass a drug test.
  • Must obtain or possess a valid DOT Medical Card.
