Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to support our Texas operations. You will coordinate and deliver products to customer jobsites, ensuring accuracy of manifests and paperwork while adhering to DOT standards for safety.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of verifiable commercial driving experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a DOT medical card. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; we offer career growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of verifiable commercial driving experience, preferably in delivery or distribution.
• Must possess or obtain a DOT medical card.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Customer-focused and professional representation of the company.
• Experience with warehouse operations, order pulling, and delivery documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites.
• Follows DOT regulations and maintains vehicle safety and paperwork.
• Ensures manifests and paperwork are accurate.
• May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
• Performs other duties as needed.

• Ensures that manifests and all paperwork are accurate.
• May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
• Generally has 2-5 years of experience.
• Possesses or can obtain a DOT medical card.
• Performs other duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with appropriate endorsements for the class of vehicle operated and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Minimum of two years of verifiable commercial driving experience, preferably in a delivery or distribution environment
• Strong commitment to safety, including familiarity with DOT regulations and safe driving practices
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate effectively and represent the company in a professional manner
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, including order pulling, shipping/receiving, and delivery documentation
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet business and delivery demands in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively as part of a team; bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
