Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) in San Antonio, TX. You will deliver auto, RV, and marine parts to customers in a full-time role, starting early mornings on a consistent weekday schedule. You’ll operate well-maintained company vehicles with a focus on safety and customer service.

Ideal candidates are 21+, have a valid license, and at least 6 months of 15 ft. box truck experience.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck or bigger.
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs. and pass pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories.
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Delivery Driver - (Non-CDL)

Location: San Antonio, TX

Hourly Pay: $17.00

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3-5 days/week (based on route and business needs)

Early morning start times.

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Retention Bonus ! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Consistent weekday schedule - never work weekends
• Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck, or bigger
• Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Able to pass DOT physical examination
