Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) for our Port Allen, LA location. This full-time role involves operating a company box truck to deliver automotive parts locally, loading and unloading freight, and coordinating with dispatch and warehouse teams.

You will work a weekday schedule with early starts, earn $17 per hour, and enjoy benefits, paid time off, and room for growth while representing Keystone through reliable service.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• At least 6 months of experience driving a 15-foot box truck or larger.
• No motor vehicle violations within the past 24 months.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical examination.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a 15 feet (or larger) box truck for local deliveries.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload products following safety procedures.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner during deliveries.
• Verify deliveries and communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance.
• Follow applicable DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Hourly Pay: $17.00/hour
Retention Bonus: $1,000 paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 days per week based on route and business needs; early morning start times

About The Role

As a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL), you will operate a company box truck to deliver automotive, RV, and marine parts and accessories to customers safely and on time. You’ll load and unload freight, communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams, and help keep customer deliveries moving smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a box truck that is 15 feet or larger for local deliveries
• Load, secure, transport, and unload products following handling and safety procedures
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner during deliveries
• Verify deliveries and communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance
• Follow applicable DOT regulations and company safety standards
