Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is hiring a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) for our Deerfield Beach, FL location. You will operate a company box truck to deliver automotive, RV, and marine parts, load and unload freight, and coordinate with dispatch to keep deliveries on schedule.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (4–5 days per week depending on routes), a retention bonus, and benefits. Ideal candidates are 21+, have a valid license, and at least six months of box truck

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least 6 months of experience driving a 15-foot box truck or larger.
• No motor vehicle violations within the past 24 months.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical examination.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused approach to work.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a box truck that is 15 feet or larger for local deliveries.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload products following handling and safety procedures.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner during deliveries.
• Verify deliveries and communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams as needed.

Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Hourly Pay: $18.00/hour
Retention Bonus: $1,000 paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 days per week based on route and business needs; early morning start times

About the Role
