Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver in Brownstown, MI. This full-time role involves delivering top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts to customers with safety and service in mind.

Eligible candidates will have a valid driver’s license, a minimum of 6 months’ experience driving a 15 ft. box truck or larger, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical. We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be 21 years or older.
• At least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck or larger.
• Willingness to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
• Ability to comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• No motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months.

• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and keep the delivery vehicle organized.

Location: Brownstown, MI

Hourly Pay: $17.50+/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 days/week (based on route and business needs) Early morning start times.

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Consistent weekday schedule – never work weekends
• Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C
