Neat Trucking Inc in Indianapolis, IN is seeking reliable Delivery Drivers to join our team. No CDL required; you will operate company-provided delivery vehicles and handle packages with care while delivering on time.

This full-time role offers weekly pay, paid training, and a peak season bonus. You’ll load/unload, plan routes, maintain safety, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to clear pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Prior courier experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, maintaining their condition.
• Load and unload packages.
• Plan efficient routes and follow traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Verify package accuracy and complete proper documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
• Collaborate with dispatch to optimize schedules and report delays.
• Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
• Report vehicle issues or accidents to the supervisor.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
• Represent the organization professionally at all times.
