Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Delivery Driver in Millington, TN. You will use company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, offering expert advice and services without requiring a CDL.

You will support store operations, work with commercial accounts, and ensure safe, timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining vehicle readiness. A flexible schedule and ongoing product knowledge are important to success.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and adhere to safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, OT as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice.
• Work with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure teamwork and strong relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers; load/unload per route.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies for a safe environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues.
