Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver in the United States, Tennessee, Chattanooga to join our store teams. You will use company-provided vehicles to safely deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, while providing expert advice and high-quality service.

No CDL is required and you will operate within a dynamic retail environment, maintaining accurate deliveries, handling returns, and supporting shop operations with a flexible full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to safety requirements.
• Basic automotive knowledge.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time schedule availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers with professional automotive advice and installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers, loading/unloading per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies for a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in line with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems and report issues with delivery vehicles.
