Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! customer service to DIY shoppers and commercial customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations to meet time/accuracy targets.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to customers, loading/unloading per schedule.
• Manage returns, cores, and pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to keep a safe working environment.
• Process payments securely according to policy.
• Stay informed on promotions and vehicle maintenance.
