Our Drivers keeps the heartbeat of our supply chain strong by efficiently handling, organizing, and moving goods to ensure everything is where it needs to be, right when it’s needed. They're the backbone of smooth operations, making sure every product is ready for its next destination.

How you will make a positive impact:

  • Deliver packages and industrial blades or products according to the scheduled route
  • Follow designated schedule and seeks efficient travel routes
  • Scan or records packages and maintain documentation of deliveries
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections
  • Follow all DOT and company regulations to operate safely
  • May include material handling, therefore, must be Forklift Certified (or able to become certified)
  • Keep accurate inventory and driving records
  • Receive and record incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Verify accuracy of goods shipped or received against Bills of Lading, invoices, inventory, etc.
  • Maintain accurate inventory information both incoming and outgoing
  • May use bar code readers; computer terminals or other electronic devices includes laser part marking.
  • General vehicle cleaning (inside/outside)
  • May be required to provide support and training to others
  • Work with a high sense of urgency
  • Wear all required PPE
  • Active participation in Lean and Safety training and events

Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid Driver's License and good driving record
Able to work with people and troubleshoot problems
Able to accomplish daily work requirements to meet customer demands
Must be able to speak and read English

Must be able to do basic math

Must be able to lift 50 pounds alone or up to 100 pounds with lift assistance
Must be able to sit, walk, climb step and carry objects
