Qualifications

• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing professional automotive advice.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong relationships.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers; load/unload per route schedules.
• Handle returns, cores, and pickups from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
