Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+
• Valid driver's license and safety compliance per company policy
• Basic automotive parts knowledge
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers; provide clear automotive advice and installation services
• Load and unload parts; drive company-provided vehicles to deliver to customers on schedule
• Maintain delivery operations; meet time and accuracy goals; follow company policies
• Coordinate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork
• Handle returns, cores and pickups from nearby stores or vendors
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving environment
