PAKS Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner in Ohio, is hiring full-time Delivery Drivers to deliver packages across Northwest Ohio. You’ll operate a company van, use Amazon’s handheld device, and provide excellent customer service with a predictable schedule.

Starting pay is $20.50/hour with raises, guaranteed hours, and bonuses. Benefits include affordable medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. No CDL required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a 7-year background check.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Able to pass a pre-employment 4-panel drug screen.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented.
• Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds multiple times per day.
• Stay on your feet for 8–10 hours per shift.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses across Northwest Ohio.
• Operate a company-provided delivery van and use Amazon's handheld navigation device.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely deliveries.
