Job summary

PAKS Logistics is seeking a delivery driver to drop Amazon packages across Northwest Ohio. You will load your van, deliver packages to homes and businesses, and complete routes efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Starting pay is $20.50/hour with guaranteed raises, plus weekly performance bonuses up to $125 and additional incentives. Company vehicle provided; CDL not required. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Pass a background and motor vehicle check for the last 7 years.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening ( 4 Panel).
• Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to frequently enter/exit the delivery van and climb stairs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Available for 10-hour shifts.
• Available to work weekends and Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery van.
• Deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses.
• Load, organize, and unload packages.
• Use a handheld device for navigation and deliveries.
• Follow safety, quality, and productivity expectations.

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll deliver Amazon packages throughout Northwest Ohio. You will load your van at the begining of your shift and deliver all the packages on your van. When you complete your work load your day is done. This position is great for anyone is who likes working outside, enjoys a fast pace enviroment, and is organized.

• $20.50/hour starting pay - With guaranteed scheduled raises!

Delivery Driver Schedule

• 10-hour shifts: approximately 10:15 AM – 9:15 PM
• Work 3–4 days per week - Always allowed to pick up a 4th day on 3 day weeks
• Work two weekends on, then two weekends off
• Schedule set for whole year for easier planning
