AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure timely, safe deliveries of automotive parts, engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers to provide expert advice. The role requires active driving, adherence to safety guidelines, and strong product knowledge.

You will stock, load, and unload merchandise and support returns with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Ideal candidates are at least 18, hold a valid license, and can communicate effectively in English (and Spanish).

Qualifications

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Valid Driver’s License & Safety Compliance: Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to AutoZone’s driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation.
• Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsabilités

• Customer Service Excellence & Communication – Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Delivery Operations – Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Safety Compliance – Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.
