Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 to apply.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance required.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Hazmat endorsement is a plus; bilingual (Spanish/English) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers with professional automotive advice.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts for smooth operations.
• Maintain delivery operations to meet time and accuracy goals while following policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries; load/unload parts as required.
• Handle returns, cores and parts from nearby stores or vendors as needed.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process cash and card transactions according to company policies.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date on promotions and automotive products; report issues with vehicles.
