Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver in the United States to support commercial and DIY customers with timely delivery of automotive parts. You will operate company-provided vehicles, load and unload cargo, and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries while adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, possess basic automotive knowledge, and can lift and move merchandise. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; CDL not required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence & Delivery – Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with customers and providing automotive advice.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts.
• Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals.
• Delivery Operations – Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers; load/unload per route schedules.
• Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
• Safety Compliance – Follow PPE and fleet safety policies.
• Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely.
• Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and products; maintain vehicles.
