Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts for smooth teamwork and strong relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensure safe and timely deliveries, load and unload parts per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies for a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely per policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues.
