Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Delivery Driver to support store operations in Centreville, MD. You will deliver automotive parts to commercial customers using company-provided vehicles, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate delivery records.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, the ability to lift and load merchandise, and a valid driver’s license. A passion for safety and teamwork helps drive our fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

Minimum age 18+.
Valid driver’s license and safety compliance per company policy.
Basic automotive parts knowledge required.
Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver automotive parts to commercial customers on schedule.
Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving/work environment.
