Benefast, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking a delivery driver to pull and verify orders, deliver safely, maintain documentation discipline, and support the warehouse when not delivering.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM. The role offers a base salary of $40,000–$45,000 plus comprehensive, company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family, plus an HSA with $100/month employer contribution.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain DOT certification.
• Reliability — show up, on time, every day.
• Accuracy — delivery mistakes create billing disputes and damage customer trust.
• Professionalism — you represent the company at every stop.
• Initiative — if there's no delivery, find work.

Responsibilities

• Pull and verify orders before departure.
• Complete all assigned deliveries on schedule.
• Call delivery contact 10 minutes prior to arrival.
• Obtain signed packing slips for every delivery and return them to dispatch immediately
• Post delivery confirmation in Teams.
• Communicate delays or issues in real time.
• Maintain DOT compliance and complete daily vehicle inspections.
• Log fuel and expenses accurately in Ramp.
• Support warehouse operations during downtime — pulling orders, receiving, organizing, building work orders.

Drivers are the face of Benefast at every delivery. This role is responsible for pulling orders accurately, delivering product safely and professionally, maintaining documentation discipline, and communicating proactively. When not on deliveries, drivers support the warehouse team.
