• A reliable vehicle you can use for deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders safely and on time using your own vehicle.
• Greet customers with energy; be the face of the brand.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Verify orders before leaving to ensure accuracy.
• Work as part of a team between runs; assist with store prep and cleanup.
• Follow traffic laws and keep your vehicle clean and road-ready.
• Provide great customer service and support store operations.

Toppers Pizza is hiring Delivery Drivers at our company-owned Madison, WI store at 7850 Mineral Point Road. Part-time and full-time delivery driver positions are open now. You'll use your own vehicle to deliver pizza, TopperStix™, and wings to customers in and around Madison, and your tips and mileage reimbursement go home with you the same day you earn them.

Pay

You earn $10.00/hour for every hour you work, whether you're in the store or out on a delivery. This is not a starting wage and not a range you work up to. It's your rate from your first shift.

Plus tips, on top of your hourly rate. Madison West drivers have averaged about $17 per hour in wages plus tips. Tips vary by shift, weather, and season, and are not guaranteed.

Vehicle Reimbursement

You also receive $2.00 per delivery to help cover gas and wear on your own vehicle. This is a non-taxable expense reimbursement rather than wages, so no taxes come out of it.

Your tips and your per-delivery reimbursement are both paid out the same day. You don't wait for a paycheck to see them.

Schedule

We're open nights and weekends, so that's when we need drivers most, including closing shifts that run late. Beyond that, scheduling is flexible. Part-time or full-time, both work. Students, second-jobbers, and anyone looking to pick up extra hours, we'll build a schedule around you.

Requirements

What You'll Need:

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and a minimum of 2 years driving experience
• A clean driving record that meets our company Motor Vehicle Report guidelines
• Current auto insurance with the required liability coverage
• A reliable vehicle you can use for deliveries

Physical Requirements

• Enter and exit a vehicle repeatedly throughout a shift
• Carry food orders, including up stairs and to upper‑floor units
• Stand and walk for extended periods while working in the store
• Reach, bend, and lift while prepping, cleaning, and washing dishes
• Drive in all weather conditions, including Wisconsin winters
• Work in a kitchen environment with varying temperatures
