Job summary

Focus Delivery Now LLC is seeking a motivated Delivery Driver to safely deliver Amazon packages in a fast-paced environment. You will work as part of a dedicated team with a focus on customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries.

Vehicles are provided and no CDL is required. The role offers full-time or part-time hours, with hourly pay between $22.50 and $23.50, benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle record.
• No felonies or misdemeanors in the last 7 years.
• Good English speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow local and state laws and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Communicate with support team to ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use smartphone GPS, scan packages, clock in/out, and communicate with supervisors.
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle.
• Support team in daily work requirements including rescue calls.

Benefits & Scheduling

• $22.50 - $23.50 / hour (paid biweekly)
• 8-10-hour shifts are typical
• 4 day workweek (40 hours) is typical
• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
