Overview

Scope of Responsibilities: Works under limited supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.

Job Summary: Responsible for accurate and timely delivery of orders to long-term care facilities, ensuring total customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Job Duties:

• Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe operation of a motor vehicle.
• Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe delivery of prescriptions to the patient or their agent.
• Accurately package and prepare items for facility delivery.
• Schedule delivery routes efficiently to ensure timely delivery with minimal travel.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and ensure proper filing.
• Perform necessary vehicle maintenance, including interior and exterior upkeep.
• Greet customers professionally and maintain high customer service standards.
• Pick up medications and supplies from other facilities as needed.
• Stay current with all State and Federal employment requirements.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Read and sign the Fleet Management Policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Attendance Requirements:

• Must be available and punctual for scheduled shifts.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends as required.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED, or currently enrolled in such programs.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License in good standing.

Experience:

• Preferred: 0-2 years of related experience.

Required (Vermont Employees):

• Registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the State of Vermont.

Required (New Hampshire Employees):

• Registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the State of New Hampshire.

Special Conditions of Employment:

• Drug testing.
• Monitoring for exclusions, sanctions, disciplinary actions.
• Additional eligibility requirements based on specific position.

Job Skills Required:

• Basic Math skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to sit, stand, climb stairs, and walk throughout the shift.
• Limited lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Successful completion of pre-employment and/or random drug screening.

Compensation:

$10.61 - $14.94 per hour. The final offer depends on skills, experience, and education. KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. complies with all wage regulations.
