Benefits and Compensation

Our Branch Associates earn a wage of $29,000 - $35,000 per year based on experience with monthly and yearly bonus opportunities. We also offer excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, insurance, a 401k plan, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan for our full-time employees.

About Locke Supply Company

Locke Supply Co. is a growing, employee-owned distributor for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC parts and equipment based in Oklahoma City. The company was founded in 1955 and has expanded to over 190 store locations across a 7-state area, supported by a 45-acre distribution center.

Daily Responsibilities

As a Branch Associate, you will develop skills in multiple trades, assist customers with product recommendations, manage inventory, and prepare jobs for the next day. You will ensure that stock is organized, orders are filled, and equipment is ready for delivery, playing a vital role in completing jobs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to pass a pre-employment physical, D.O.T physical, and drug test

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position. Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm, with some flexibility.
