Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct classroom onboarding for new drivers.
  • Participate in Safety Performance Team activities.
  • Train and mentor new drivers on policies and monitor compliance/performance.
  • Perform customer site visits to assess delivery feasibility.
  • Collaborate with Night Warehouse Supervisors on safety and demonstrations.
  • Assist in post-accident ride-alongs to identify root causes and retraining needs.
  • Engage in offsite training and development opportunities.
  • Complete all mandated trainings, including Driver Onboarding.
  • Safely drive vehicles to customers and meet delivery times.
  • Unload products safely using pallet jacks or by hand and store correctly.
  • Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain signatures.
  • Handle collections/payments from customers when applicable.
  • Provide professional customer service to enhance client experience.
