Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Delivery Driver for the Tucson store at 345 E Congress St, Tucson, AZ 85701. You will deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to our fans, ensure orders arrive warm and complete, and provide friendly, professional service both in person and by phone.

You’ll split time between the bakery and the road, help prepare orders, welcome guests, and keep the bakery running smoothly. The role requires 18 years or older, a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle,

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company requirements.
• Current auto insurance that meets state minimum requirements.
• Smartphone capable of running company delivery applications.
• Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Insomnia Cookies orders safely, accurately, and with a smile.
• Ensure every order arrives warm, complete, and ready to impress.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS and delivery technology while following safe driving practices.
• Welcome guests in the bakery and provide friendly service between deliveries.
• Assist with preparing, packaging, and organizing delivery and pickup orders.
• Help bake and package cookies and other treats as needed.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, organized, stocked, and food-safe.
• Work closely with your bakery team to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.
• Help create the kind of guest experience that keeps people coming back.
