Job Summary

Responsible for accurate and timely delivery of customer’s purchases, while ensuring total customer satisfaction.

Job Duties
  • Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe operation of a motor vehicle
  • Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe delivery of prescriptions to the patient or their agent
  • Accurately package and prepare items for home/business delivery
  • Schedule delivery route efficiently to ensure timely delivery with minimal travel
  • Collect payments from customers, including cash, check, and charge transactions
  • Make accurate change
  • Inform patients of prescription counseling services during delivery
  • Properly process receipts upon completion of delivery
  • Ensure vehicle maintenance is performed, including interior and exterior care
  • Replenish delivery supplies as needed
  • Greet customers politely and maintain high customer service levels
  • React appropriately to potential shoplifters following company policy
  • Keep current with all State and Federal employment requirements
  • Complete mandatory and regulatory training programs
  • Read and sign the Fleet Management Policy
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Education
  • Minimum High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
Job Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing
Additional for Vermont Employees
  • Registered with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy Technician
Experience
  • Preferred 0-2 years of related experience
Special Conditions of Employment
  • Drug testing
  • Monitoring for exclusions, sanctions, and disciplinary actions
  • Additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position
Compensation

$15.50 - $16.00 per hour. The final offer depends on skills, experience, and education. KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. complies with all wage regulations.
