Job summary

Latham Recruiting LLC is seeking Delivery Associates in the Milpitas area to help deliver packages to customers and maintain on-time service. Company vehicle provided and no CDL required.

Positions include full-time and part-time opportunities with weekend availability. Responsibilities include operating delivery vehicles, using handheld devices, and navigating routes while loading/unloading packages, all with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• At least 21 years of age
• Pass pre-employment drug test
• Willing to work one weekend day each week
• $25.00 per hour paid training and vehicle provided
• Paid overtime and benefits available

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use handheld devices for routing and delivery information.
• Navigate routes throughout the delivery area.
• Load and unload packages for delivery.
• Avoid weather-related hazards and maintain safety.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use hand held devices for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Be customer obsessed! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.You take care of the customer and we take care of you.
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lift packages up to50 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs through your shift.
• Must be comfortable using technology.
