Talaria Delivery LLC is hiring Delivery Associates to safely deliver packages to homes and businesses. You’ll use a company vehicle, follow safety procedures, and aim for customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

We offer paid training, weekly pay options, and a supportive team focused on safety, growth, and success. Shifts include full-time and part-time, with day shifts, weekends, and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record in the last 7 years.
• Clean criminal record in the last 7 years.
• Willingness to submit to a 4 panel drug test (no THC).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to homes and businesses on assigned routes.
• Load, unload, and prepare the delivery vehicle.
• Follow safety procedures and navigate using a company-provided handheld device.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after routes.

As a Delivery Associate, you'll be the face of the company—safely delivering packages to homes and businesses while maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Shifts Available:

• Full-time (up to 40 hours/week)
• Part-time (up to 30 hours/week)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver packages to homes and businesses on assigned routes
• Load, unload, and prepare the delivery vehicle
• Follow safety procedures and navigate using a company-provided handheld device
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Assist team members if operational support is needed
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after routes
• Work safely in varying weather conditions, including Bakersfield heat

Requirements:

• Must be21 years oldor older
• Valid U.S. driver's license required
• Must be eligible to work in the United States andread and write English
• Able to lift packages up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable getting in and out of a delivery vehicle throughout the day
• Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts
• Must pass a background check and drug screening where permitted by law
• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Ability to work at least one weekend day

• Must have a valid Driver License.
• Must be able to read and comprehend English.
• Willing to delivery 350+ packages
• Willing to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to work one day of the weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday)
