Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a delivery driver to serve Store #707555 in Sachse, TX. You will deliver products from Sherwin-Williams stores using box and flat-bed trucks, ensuring on-time, accurate, and safe deliveries to customers.

You will load orders, maintain vehicle readiness, and provide excellent customer service while following all safety and company policies. This role may include evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must have a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) from FMCSA or willing to obtain within five business days of conditional offer.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare deliveries to meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Load customer orders on the truck correctly.
• Complete required delivery forms and documentation.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers safely and on time.
• Maintain and report issues with the store vehicle; coordinate repairs as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries or complaints.
• Adhere to routes and schedules, follow transportation laws, maintain safe driving record.
• Prepare and file delivery reports and related documents.
• Operate vehicles and equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts; assist in warehouse duties.
