Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a delivery driver to transport products from the Round Rock store to customers in a safe, timely manner. You will load orders, maintain equipment, and provide excellent service while adhering to routes and schedules.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, hold a valid driver’s license, and meet DOT medical requirements. The role may involve evenings and weekends and requires strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must have a DOT MEC from FMCSA National Registry or obtain within five business days of conditional offer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to interact with customers and complete records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare deliveries to meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Load customer orders on the truck.
• Complete required forms.
• Deliver items to customers safely and on time.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report repair needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Follow routes and schedules; maintain safe driving record.
• Prepare delivery reports and related documents.
• Operate vehicles and equipment (cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.).
• Assist with warehouse duties and tinting/mixing customer orders.
