Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a delivery driver from Store #8568 in Humble, TX. You will deliver products to customers, load orders, and maintain vehicle safety and readiness. Strong customer service and safe driving are essential.

Responsibilities include following routes, meeting schedules, handling cash or payment methods as applicable, and supporting warehouse tasks. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and obtain a DOT MEC if not already certified.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) or willingness to obtain within 5 business days of offer.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as required.
• English language proficiency to communicate with customers and read reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products from store using box and flat-bed trucks.
• Load customer orders onto the truck correctly.
• Ensure deliveries meet customer requirements and are time-efficient.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report maintenance needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle questions or complaints.
• Follow routes and schedules; comply with transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare reports related to deliveries and operate equipment as needed.
• Assist with warehouse duties, tinting, and order picking.
