Job summary

TBC Corporation is hiring full-time Service and Delivery Drivers to provide excellent service to customers by delivering tires and equipment in a professional and safe manner. You will support warehouse organization, load trucks, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations while representing our People-Focused values.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of delivery/box truck experience preferred.
• Maintain a clean MVR and a valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly; occasional heavier lifts.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to obtain DOT certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently per TBC policies.
• Pick, stage and load trucks as requested; maintain proper documentation.
• Adhere to DOT hours-of-service regulations and route sequencing.
• Maintain knowledge of products and operating procedures; ensure safe delivery.
• Handle COD payments when applicable and keep work area clean and secure.
• Operate MHE as needed and perform other duties as requested.
